No. Most of the time people are not home, and that is fine. We take care of your house like its our own.

How do you get in?

Most people give us a key or a code to access the home.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Anyone working in your home should be bonded and insured for your protection.

How many people do the cleaning?

We have individuals as well as 2-3 person teams depending on what the job requires.

 

Do you bring your own cleaning products?

Yes, we bring our own cleaning products and vacuum to your home. You do not have to provide anything.

 

Will I have a regular schedule?

Yes. You will always know what day your home is being cleaned.

 

Do you do special projects?

We can do many extra projects. Just let us know what your needs are.

 

Are the individuals sub-contractors or employees of The Clean Home Pros?

All of our staff are employees of The Clean Home Pros. All taxes, social security, workman’s compensation, and liability insurance are paid by The Clean Home Pros.

How do you set your rates for each home?

We charge per hour for each home as well as the distance away from our main office.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

We have a checklist that each employee goes through before leaving the premises that they must sign. If you are dissatisfied , let us know and we will happily redo your cleaning for free or provide a discount.

What should I do with my pets?

Nothing, we work around your pet unless your pet is not friendly with visitors.
